As we grow older...everything we do. Becomes everything we've done....when we are young. We have all these firsts...first kiss, first love, first fuck, first fight, first heartbreak....and the older we get....the less amount of firsts we get. And not only that...the firsts become....negative. Instead of positive like the afforementioned..... and even if you don't think that the fights. The heartbreaks. And all the are positive...they are. Every experience that occurs in our childhood is always a positive. we need them. We need them to grow. To learn. To live...
But here is the shocking truth. Over all the cliche lines you will hear. The motivating speeches....no matter what people tell you. Love dies...it does. No matter how hard you fall..no matter how big the flame. When it hits you. That flame will be extinguished.
This is all because of our fucking generation. No one believes in that shit anymore. No one thinks about a future with one person. And when things get too scary....people fucking run. And that makes me sick. What the fuck are you all afraid of? Are you afraid of being happy? Afraid of making one person just as happy as they should be?
Or are you just afraid. That if you fall in love so deeply. That when the opportunity comes. You won't be able to seize the moment. You shouldn't have to be afraid of that, you shouldn't have to be afraid that you will regret something....everybody has regrets. And even though I say I don't.....I do. Im not gonna lie about that. I let an opportunity pass me by that will haunt me forever. But I won't let that stop me. Because things work out for the best. They always do....I believe that. I believe in love. I believe in the love you only see in movies.
